In Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) approach, that service would be provided by a construction company or an engineering company. Meanwhile, in separate and direct contract approach, CM Plus will provide you with the service as your partner. In that approach, you can sign agreements directly with contractors and manufacturers of each of these categories written above. This approach gives you a great advantage that you can achieve better transparency in terms of designing and construction costs and realize a huge cost reduction.

Our support for the procurement process for proper amounts of costs
In CM Plus's engineering service, we first prepare a written specification for procurement in which your requirements are accurately reflected as our support for procurement. The preparation process would start with close communication with you from the phase of developing your business plan. In the process, skills and knowledge for embodying yet unshaped requests into a concrete plan are essential. Without these skills and knowledge, RFQ cannot be submitted for designing/construction companies.
CM Plus will learn your requests and thoughts accurately and give you various proposals and advice. Through the process, we will prepare a highly feasible written specification for the procurement process in which your requirements are accurately reflected. When RFQ is actually submitted, we will choose contractors and vendors suitable to your projects without sticking to specific designing or construction firms or production facility manufacturers.
Then we will review received quotations in a fair way as a third party. Also, we will provide support for assessing validity against the market prices and realize designs and construction works at proper prices.
