Support for conducting regulatory investigations and drug application CM Plus conducted investigations on regulatory matters (document necessary for registration of products, things to remember for making application, meeting with the authority, etc.) and provided advice for a Japanese company which had plan to expand their business of medicines, cosmetics and others in ASEAN countries.

CM Plus made arrangements for local investigation tour for a Japanese company to learn the current situation and accompanied the customer on the tour. Th Japanese company was building their plan of business expansion for marketing medicines in ASEAN countries (In the tour, we visited local pharmaceutical companies, distributors, medical institutions, pharmacies, etc.).
Support for technical partnership and M&A CM Plus presented some examples of partnership and case studies, and served as an intermediary for partnership (incl. capital alliance) between a Japanese company and a pharmaceutical company in one ASEAN country (CM Plus worked with an M&A consulting agency for this case).
Support for all the types written above CM Plus conducted investigations and provided advice in regards of the necessary business license depending on the form of expansion (an office for expatriates or an overseas affiliated company) for a Japanese company which had a plan of business expansion to ASEAN countries.
