CM Plus’s Support for Expanding into JS-SEZ with Medhini Group
CM Plus supports companies considering expanding their production facilities into Southeast Asia with their entry into JS-SEZ (The Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone).
We have formed a partnership with Malaysia’s industrial construction project management and engineering consulting company, Medhini Group who are working very closely with the state agencies in particular IMFC-J (Invest Malaysia Facilitation Centre – Johor) and also supporting clients with grant / incentives applications besides processing their business license and executing site selections.
JS-SEZ: A special economic zone attracting attention in Southeast Asia
(JS-SEZ), located in the southern Malaysian state of Johor, is attracting attention as a new growth area in Southeast Asia.
JS-SEZ is to be established over an area of 3,588 km² in Johor, Malaysia, bordering Singapore. It aims to facilitate the smooth movement of people and goods between Malaysia and Singapore, improve the investment environment, and advance joint development as a single economic zone across borders, making it a uniquely international initiative.
The zone offers business-friendly policies and incentives such as tax reductions, subsidies, and simplified regulations, and there are plans for both countries to actively work together to attract foreign investments.

Our company’s founder and Group CEO, Mr. Togashi, together with Medhini Group founder and CEO, Mr. Joel William, visited IMFC-J, which recently opened in Forest City, Johor. During the visit, the IMFC-J representatives expressed a warm welcome to Japanese companies.
