Reasons for Joining CM Plus Corporation

While all of my classmates' first choice was to be researchers, I didn't think that I should choose the same path. During job hunting, CM Plus was the only company that gave me an impression that I could work with experts from various areas and could acquire a wide range of knowledge before I choose a specific area in my career while the other companies offered positions requiring focusing on one specific area for years. I thought CM Plus should be a unique company and that was the reason why I joined the company. Also, there was another reason: I can travel to Malaysia, my home country, as business trips.

Specific Description about My Job

Currently, I provide support for designing a plant of a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Specifically, I am engaged in tasks to choose machines and design the plant's layout. Other than that, I translate documents from time to time.

What I Keep in Mind at Work

It is not surprising that I am under pressure as I need to work and learn many things about various areas at the same time. At CM Plus, I think that it is important to change my perspective a little and enjoy the situation where I can learn all the time because CM Plus is the only company which can offer such experiences and chances. In addition, I think that it is important to enjoy weekends and holidays fully and take a rest.

Fulfilling Moments

The reason why I joined CM Plus was because I thought I could develop my skills and knowledge at this company. Therefore, I feel fulfilled that I can learn and study new things every single day. In addition, my senior employees are kind and knowledgeable thus I think that I am in the right environment. I am totally happy with being a member of this company.

Challenges at CM Plus Corporation and Aspirations about Myself

Currently, I enjoy studying some areas and I would like to be an expert in one of these areas. At CM Plus, each of us will be assigned to a position which he/she is interested in and has aptitude. Therefore, we can find what we really want to do while we challenge many things. I would like to challenge various things in the next few years.

Others (How I Spend Leisure Time, Hobbies, etc.)

I usually go out on weekends as I love to travel. Also, I would like to travel overseas once or twice a year. On weekdays, I watch videos, read, or go window-shopping at Yokohama Station.
