Reasons for Joining CM Plus Corporation
During the job interview, I was impressed by the message saying, "We value and educate our employees as our assets". CM Plus has pharmaceutical specialists and we can learn a lot from them. Therefore, I got an idea that I can develop my skills and knowledge here. I thought that I should value "company culture", "company growth", and "culture to embrace its employees' own personality and different values". Meeting CM Plus, I thought that they were excellent in these terms. That is why I joined the company. Now I feel that this is a good working environment for me as we embrace different nationalities, cultures, and values.
Specific Description about My Job
My tasks will change depending on projects. Currently, I am working for a project to construct a new pharmaceutical plant. In this project, I am supporting the process of making decisions based on the specifications requested by the client for choosing manufacturing equipment and facilities to install, and for developing a system to make the manufacturing process rationale. After decisions are made, I prepare process flow diagrams based on them. Also, I support the process of making changes to the plot plans which we submit to the client while I learn how to operate a design software such as AutoCAD.
It is not easy for me to work smoothly sometime when we have a lot of topics to discuss, though I ask questions to my senior employees and superiors as necessary.
What I Keep in Mind at Work
I always make daily plans, work efficiently, and keep in mind that I should provide quality service in terms of technical skills during work.

At CM Plus, we work with experts in the pharmaceutical industry all the time thus can learn practical knowledge directly. Which means that we are in an environment through which we can develop our skills and knowledge. That makes me feel fulfilled.

I would like to be an expert in project engineering. I now work hard to acquire a wide range of knowledge including that of my own area of expertise.

Enjoying time with my family and doing housework.
Schedule of a Day
- 8:30 Arriving at the office
- Checking emails, reviewing my tasks of the day, and making plans before start the day.
- 9:00 Doing my work
- Preparing materials for meetings with our clients. I gather information about specifications of manufacturing devices or facilities based on their requests and prepare comparative tables. Then my supervisor would review the tables and other documents.
- 12:00 Lunch break
- I always bring my lunch and enjoy having conversation with my colleagues during lunch break.
- 13:00 Having a meeting
- Materials prepared are reviewed internally before meetings with our clients. Also, we report the current status of our projects and determine the next step at this meeting.
- 15:00 Attending an in-house educational program
- Attending seminars on engineering at the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant or topics of this industry given by engineers or lecturers from outside.
- 17:00 Preparing my daily report
- Reporting what I did on that day.
- 17:30 Leaving the office
