Reasons for Joining CM Plus Corporation

I was interested in CM Plus as this company offers information about a variety of subjects at GMP Platform, its portal website. I assume that I am not the only person who was impressed by that website, from which you can learn the latest information about the industry for free.

Specific Description about My Job

I organize and hold public seminars and lecture meetings for companies and develop education systems at Training Business Division.

What I Keep in Mind at Work

I always try to "give explanations which are easy to understand", and "understand various ways of thinking".

Fulfilling Moments

Unlike consultants, I have little experience in engineering and GMP. I utilize that fact as one of my strengths because I can understand our clients' needs from their perspective. Other than that, I would like to find a way to help our clients deliver safe products to patients smoothly as much as possible through the information we provide although this is an indirect approach and my contribution might be small.

Challenges at CM Plus Corporation and Aspirations about Myself

We are now developing a "continual education system" containing learning materials mainly for pharmaceutical companies to educate their employees from new employees to middle-ranking management. I would like to capture our clients' needs by putting CM Plus's knowledge together so that they can utilize the education system as much as possible.

Others (How I Spend Leisure Time, Hobbies, etc.)

Volunteers at CM Plus gathered together and formed an amateur sporting team. Currently, we practice for a basketball match. This is also good for our health as we usually don't do exercise much. Through such an activity, we have a wonderful opportunity to communicate with one another beyond departments/divisions. Above all, we work together to win the match and enjoy the taste of beer!
