Reasons for Joining CM Plus Corporation

Reasons are as follows:
・I thought this was an opportunity to learn various things while I utilize my own experience.
・I felt that employees would actively and freely communicate with one another at this company. (And actually, they do so more than I imagined).
The company had just entered its developing phase after its early phase when I joined the company. I thought that I could experience a lot of things. (And actually, I have been engaged in a wide variety of tasks and the variety was wider than I expected).

Specific Description about My Job

Before the parental leave I took, I had served as a person in charge of architecture and an engineering manager actually playing roles as a supervisor and coordinator for project teams. As the contact point at CM Plus for our clients, I repeatedly carried out the process of organizing their requests, made them concrete so that the team could take actions, and preparing for the next meeting. I thought that my role is like a lubricant as well as traffic control for projects.
Now I have a young son thus work at the office shorter than before. Given such a situation, the company changed some of my job details. My current role is to assist projects as a member of Engineering Division, which was the same even before the leave, and to be engaged in tasks for organizing and utilizing knowledge.

What I Keep in Mind at Work

I always try to communicate with others right by understanding what they are trying to say or what they want whenever I ask for or am asked for any favor.
I think that technical books, written specifications and drawings are ultimately tools for communication.
While my working hours are limited, I would like to work in the most efficient way. Also, I always try to enjoy working.

Fulfilling Moments

I feel fulfilled when I receive positive comments such as, "I understood this easily!" or "This is exactly what I wanted!", or "How convenient!", through my work such as preparing documents and organizing data.
I feel fulfilled the most when I hear the comment saying, "This is awesome!", which cannot be heard often.

Challenges at CM Plus Corporation and Aspirations about Myself

My challenges … would be to juggle my career and my son.
I always try to figure out how I can manage both while time is limited.
My aspiration about myself is vague though I would like to do something even if it's small to maintain the Japanese society, which is safe and where people are courteous, as a brand since I recently feel that I am lucky that I was born in this country from bottom of my heart.

Others (How I Spend Leisure Time, Hobbies, etc.)

Both on weekdays and during weekends, I dedicate my time to my son. Therefore, my current hobby is to look for some events and make plans which we can enjoy together.
I used to be into dancing so I would be happy if I can have some time to dance again.
